The Logan Airport Limo pickup procedure is highly regulated and we need to work within the airport guidelines. See below for directions to your terminal’s Airport Limousine Stand / Ground Transportation (Livery Parking Area).

Please call your driver upon arrival (if you have his number), or call our office at (800) 220-5466, and we will call your driver for you.  Drivers are dispatched from a holding area, and they will take 3-4 minutes to meet you.  Your chauffeur is only allowed to park in the area outlined below, and is not allowed (per Massport Police policy) to leave their vehicles for any reason.

• Terminal A – Exit the terminal at the ground level, proceed across the street to the parking lot on the left. You driver will meet you there, with a sign bearing your name.

• Terminal B – From baggage claim, exit through the outside doors, cross the street and look for the PURPLE limousine signs. Your driver will meet you there, with a sign bearing your name.

• Terminal C – From baggage claim, take the escalator up one level, exit through the outside doors, Proceed across the street. You driver will meet you there, with a sign bearing your name.

• Terminal E – Exit the terminal at the ground level, proceed across the street to the parking lot on the left. You driver will meet you there, with a sign bearing your name.

Charter Aircraft Note

Charter aircraft can be at different terminals depending upon the charter. Also, due to increased security, there may be times Massport doesn’t let us proceed to the terminal immediately upon flight arrival. Call us anytime, 24 hours a day, for assistance.
